    Passion :

Many people are now a days trying very hard to find their passion also seeking advices from various consultants but even after that, they are unable to find it, so the first learning from the book is Exploration, to find out your PASSION, you first have to identify your strength and weakness and start work accordingly, and to find out your strength you first have to explore the fields in which you’re interested in and for that simply you can talk to the people, which are already working in that field where you want to work, also by interning in that field and so on, like in the book author describe that they first work in a bank for around 7 years and then they realize that he doesn’t enjoying the job and then he switch to  another job that is, Am-ex and he worked there for around two years and then he joined grofers as CFO and then he worked there about two and half years then he started his own startup that is, BharatPe. So You have to keep exploring to find out your passion.

Be Realistic:

If  a person wants to grow in life, his/her approach must be realistic, if there is something wrong, instead of being overthinking  you must keep your approach realistic, you should start looking towards the solution instead of looking towards the problem like, when the author left grofer they does not have job so instead of overthinking they start contacting their batchmates of IIT and IIM and eventually the started BharatPe

                     

  Teamwork:

You can not do everything at your own. You must need a team in order to make a Profitable Business or startup. For example while starting Bharatpe, the author has experience in fundraising and managing business effectively while on the other hand his co-founder has good experience in Tech and with help of both they started BharatPe.

Acceptance:

You Must Accept the mistakes you've made in past in order to grow in life, by accepting and learning from them, it can make you more productive, like in this book the author says that they had made four hiring mistakes and they admit it and they learn from it in order to not repeat these mistakes in future.

      
                                                                   Trust:

Don’t trust anyone easily, this is one of the biggest learning that, I’d learn from the book and from his journey, there are very few people who really want to see you being successful in your life, one of them could be your friends and family including your life partner like, in the book author says they had over trust people which they say one of the biggest mistakes that they had made.
